Dear Trinity College London KZN Community,

I am very excited to welcome Jenny du Plessis as the new Trinity College London representative for KZN. Many of you will know Jenny, but for those who don't I asked her to write a few words of introduction:

I am a mom, wife and an enthusiastic Music teacher who loves to be organized! I live with my husband and our two daughters in the midlands where we have the privilege of having a farm lifestyle complete with goats, horses and chickens! I have taught both Private and class music lessons for over 20 years and thrive in being able to assist others in achieving their potential. Having worked in schools with busy music departments, I know full well what entering exams entails and aim to make this as simple and stress-free as possible. - Jenny

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Roberta Ramasamy for all her work over the past 18 months. Taking over from Deborah without any handover and without much central support was a real challenge, and Roberta managed things admirably during her time with Trinity. Many thanks Roberta!

In the short term Jenny will focus on distributing unclaimed certificates, and then liaise with you all about the second half of the academic year which is our busy time. We plan to run Drama, Music, and Rock and Pop face-to-face exams later this year, and welcome any and all digital exam entries. Please take note of the entry closing dates falling at the end of this month. Both Jenny and I look forward to working with you for the remainder of the year and building towards 2024.

**Notable Points**

• Trinity KZN has a new bank account to coincide with Jenny starting. When you register for an exam through the portal you will receive a confirmation email containing these bank details. The new bank details are: 

  Bank: FNB

  Account Number: 63055391551

  Branch Code: 250655

• There is a bank account switch over period so there is no issue if you mistakenly pay into the old account but this will only remain in place only until the end of June.
• Jenny has a new contact email which is kzn@trinitycollege.co.za. She can be reached by phone on 071 332 5263. While Jenny gets up to speed, you may still receive a response from someone else on the Trinity SA team. 
• We will continue using the new exam entry portal to accept entries. We will run a webinar soon taking people through the entry process. If you have questions or concerns about entering via the website, please get in touch with Jenny.
