Dear Trinity College London Western Cape Community,

I hope the year has started well and that everyone is feeling refreshed and ready for what's to come. We're expecting a great year at Trinity based on the feedback we've received from the community! Please get in touch with any questions you have.

Digital exam registrations will reopen on Jan 23rd, I'll send out a reminder when the portal is open for bookings. As for our face-to-face sessions, we're planning a music and Rock & Pop session in late May, and then Drama, Music and Rock & Pop in Oct/Nov.

Below you'll find info about a teaching opening at Forres Prep School; which is special to me as I started my schooling career at Forres. So all singing teachers please apply!

Please read the information below about certificates as it requires some action on your part. And then saving the best to last, I've published the 2022 Top Achievers lists which I know is a highlight for many people. If there's anything incorrect or missing from the lists I apologize, please let me know and I'll make sure it's corrected.

Singing Teacher - Forres

Forres Preparatory School in Rondebosch is looking for a singing teacher to start now in January 2023 to coach our choir and teach individual voice lessons on a Friday and possibly one other week day. Applications should be emailed to gthomas@forres.co.za and kimv@forres.co.za

We've made a list of all candidate certificates waiting for collection or waiting to be sent - please click here to check if your certificates have arrived. We won't be sending out individual certificate emails, but rather asking you to check the spreadsheet to determine if they've arrived. We'll update the spreadsheet every couple of weeks. You can collect certificates from Vivo Music in Rondebosch Cape Town or email us at vivomusic@trinitycollege.co.za to arrange courier. In 2023 we will be using a courier company to send Western Cape certificates directly to you, rather than via PostNet - for a cost of R100.

We would like to congratulate all 2022 candidates as we know how much time and effort goes into preparing your work. Continuing the tradition established over the past few years we've compiled the following lists of 2022 top exam achievers scoring over 90% for:
