Hello Trinity College London South Africa Community,
Exciting news from Trinity College London!
We’ve just released our fantastic new piano syllabuses packed with fresh composers, genres and pieces from films, games and musicals. The best part? The repertoire list will keep growing over time – they have no end date!
To celebrate this incredible launch and the wider selection now available to all your students, Trinity College London has come up with an awesome social media challenge!
What's the challenge?
We're making a selection of the new pieces downloadable for free. We'd like you to teach your students one or more of these pieces and film them playing. We'll post the recording to social media and count the number of views and likes between Nov 1 - Nov 30. If the recording receives over a certain amount of likes you will win a prize.
Here's how you can join in on the fun:
-
Download a selection of the new syllabus piano pieces for free (available at Initial to Grade 5) by clicking on the "Download" button below.
-
Help your student(s) master one or more of these pieces.
-
Film them playing the piece (preferably before Nov 1st to give your video the maximum amount of time to generate likes).
-
Contact marketing@trinitycollege.co.za and we'll either manage the process of uploading your recording to social media, or explain what tags to use if you'd like to upload it yourself.
-
Share it with friends, family and fellow music enthusiasts – the more the merrier!
And here’s the extra exciting bit; for each video that manages to get more than 1000 views on YouTube or more than 250 likes or other such reactions (such as a smiley face or a thumbs-up sign) on Facebook or Instagram between 1 - 30 November, your centre will receive a fantastic Trinity prize! See the T&Cs for further details.
