You have joined a community of 1000 testers. Please have a look at these resources. 

Several fixes in this document refer to uninstalling and reinstalling the secure browser. To do that please follow these steps:

1. From your computer's home screen type "PSI Secure Browser" in the search bar to locate the application in your system

2. From the options listed to the right of the application select "Uninstall"

3. From “Uninstall” you will be directed to the Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features window where you can completely uninstall the PSI Secure Browser"

4. Once you click "Uninstall" a confirmation pop-up will appear. Select "OK" to continue.

5. After selecting "OK" the program should no longer be listed. Before re-installing the browser, please do make sure that previous installer files found from the “Downloads” folder is also deleted. To do this highlight the file and press "Delete".

6. Once deleted, follow the instructions provided to download Secure Browser.

1. Exit and relaunch PSI browser and complete your check-in again. Your work will be saved, and your timer will pause whenever you exit the exam

2. Uninstall and reinstall PSI browser

3. If you continue to have problems refer to PSI technical support on +1 702 939 6788

Please be aware that the secure browser requires you to close any application and program, this is to ensure the maintenance of exam conditions for the duration of the exam. Any applications still open, even in the background, will be identified by the downloaded secure browser. Please follow these steps to close applications and programs down:

For Windows OS:

1. Manually close any Prohibited application/s listed

2. Turn off Background Apps: Settings > Privacy > Background apps. Under Background Apps, make sure "Let apps run in the background" is turned Off

3. Go to Task Manager select prohibited program and click "End Task"

For MAC OS:

1. Click apple logo top left corner of screen 2. From drop down select "Force Quit"

3. Select prohibited application and click force quit
