Within this presentation, Alison and Alex explored the underlying principles of all Trinity exams which are: - learner centred, - designed to assess communicative competence, and - which create a positive impact on both teaching and learning.   The structure of GESE was outlined, alongside the rationale for all of the tasks at each grade of GESE. Practical advice on running GESE either face-to-face or by online delivery was provided along with information on how to [become a registered exam centre](https://www.trinitycollege.com/about-us/work-with-trinity/registered-exam-centre).
