Trinity's ESOL Skills for Life qualifications are designed to aid progression and access into mainstream education and employment paths where English language skills are a requirement. These qualifications are for adults aged 16 and over living in the UK who need English language skills for everyday life, for study and for employment.
This short webinar was designed to support teachers who are currently preparing students for the Trinity ESOL Skills for Life Speaking and Listening exam at Entry 1 – Level 1. There was a specific focus on the Speaking and Listening module – both online and face-to-face. The presenter addressed how the Photo Bank is used in Task 1 at each level and provided practical tips and ideas to help learners prepare.
We also looked at the Discussion phase of the exam which includes two candidates and summarized the key points and language items for teachers and learners to remember.
